VISIT NUMBER: Used to identify each case on the STATUS tab and also needed when sending a ZBAL
REFERRING PHY: Doctor’s name
REFERRING PHY NPI: Doctor’s NPI. Important when making a BCBS Insurance Update
ACCESSION: Other name for the case number
TESTS: Name of the test and panel that was taken
ORD CLINIC: Clinic’s name
