If an Empower test was ordered by an OBGYN , women’s clinic, oncologist or oncology clinic, billing agents can handle the call.
Do not transfer to Signatera
Handling ONC Callbacks
If you’re unable to assist the caller and cannot transfer them to Signatera – 855.579.6657- after waiting 4 minutes on the line, please follow these steps:
1. Submit a ticket via Syncro CRM using the ONC Callback” option.
2. Inform the caller that the turnaround time for the callback is 24 to 48 hours.
3. Ensure your documentation is clear and complete.
