Price Transparency Program for Panorama, Horizon, and Empower: When your sample is received, we’ll generate an estimate based on how your insurance plan has previously covered Natera testing.
This estimate is based on the information we have available to us at the time of the estimate, and future or pending claims submitted to your insurance may affect this estimate.
If we estimate your out-of-pocket cost to be higher than our prompt-pay cash price, which is typically $249 or $349, depending on the test, we’ll attempt to send you a message via email and text so that you’ll be able to review the cost estimate, along with payment options.
If patients decide to pay the prompt-pay cash price, they will have to go to https://pay.natera.com/ptp , fill out the required information
Patients will get their estimate based on the insurance information we have in the system, if they decide to move forward with the insurance they can click on done and the claim will be submitted the to the insurance.
* This estimate is based on average costs for patients with a similar plan type and benefits who have met their deductible. These costs may be in the form of a deductible, coinsurance, copay or any combination.
If the patient would like to pay the cash price instead, they can click on “Cash Pay” > Learn More
Here they can decide to move forward and pay the “discounted cash price” or go back to cost estimate and submit to their insurance.
