When an insurance company agent calls to find out how they can be in-network with Natera, make sure you are nice, as they are considered our customers as well. Capture the following information and escalate the details to your CSS, by sending a Supervisor Escalation from SyncroCRM.

INSURANCE COMPANY’S NAME

EMAIL ADDRESS (if available)

 

Currently, there’s no turnaround time, but most definitely, Natera will contact them.
