Documentation in LIMS

If a patient exists in LIMS with either an OPEN or CLOSED case that matches the test type for their pregnancy within the last year.

Examples:

Patient has an open Panorama test in LIMS > Document

Patient has a closed Horizon 274 from 6 months ago and is calling about a bill they received > Document

DOCUMENTATION NOT NEEDED IN LIMS

If a patient exists in LIMS and has a case from over 1 year ago, no documentation is required.
