We are no longer providing estimates for Renasight
  •  The pre-estimate service for Renasight/Prospera has been discontinued since 2022. We cannot provide estimates to any clinic/Natera rep or Patient from now on.
  •  If you get a Renasight/Prospera call requesting an estimate, you need to:
  1.  Verify if is a Patient or Natera rep that is calling.
  2. Provide the correct script.

New Patient provide the below script:

We are no longer able to provide pre-test estimates for Renasight/Prospera. Please get in touch with your insurance to confirm coverage before testing.

Natera Rep provide the below script:

We are no longer able to provide pre-test estimates for Renasight/Prospera. The Renasight PTE program was sunsetted at the end of 2022. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

3. Send the phone number of that call and a brief explanation to your CSS.

ptp IMPORTANT

For existing Renasight patients/ inbound calls, follow the regular process. No PTP contact will be done for outbound cases.

For existing Prospera cases, continue transferring the calls to the billing team.
