Interpreter Needed
If you ever get a caller who doesn’t speak English or Spanish, you can assist them with the help of an interpreter. We have a partnership with Cyracom, a Language Solutions company.
Whenever you use the “Language Solutions” service to get assistance from an interpreter, post it on the “Cyracom Calls Channel” in teams.

-Language
-Wait time to get a representative
If a language is not listed, the agent must ask the interpreter agent for assistance in the requested language.
Below are the steps you need to follow to transfer the call.
Step # 1
- On your dial pad, click on the fourth icon “Conference”
Step # 2
- Select the disposition “General Inquiry – Patient”
Step # 3
- Go to the phone book and select “Cyracom”
Step # 4
- When prompted, enter the last 5 digits of the account number: 23669
- At the second prompt, enter the PIN 1000
- Say the language you need
Step # 5
- On your dial pad, click on the fourth icon “Conference”
Step # 6
- Select the disposition “General Inquiry – Patient”
Step # 7
- Access the Conference Room by clicking on the fourth icon “Conference”
