Pending Balance in Synergen Pay

Verify if AMD and Synergen Pay reflect the correct balance amount.

  • If they do not match, review AMD under the History Tab to check for any holds. If a hold is found, submit a ‘Synergen Escalation’ via Syncro CRM.
  • If there is no hold but the balance still differs from AMD, “Quick Sync” in SPAY and if it doesn’t work, transfer  the call to Escalations L1
