Quick Sync Overview
Real-time data synchronization between AMD and Synergen Pay is enabled through the Quick Sync function. Once initiated, this feature retrieves the latest information from AMD and refreshes Synergen Pay as needed, ensuring data consistency across both systems.
Key Points
- Function: Syncs AMD data with Synergen Pay instantly.
- Location: Available in the left-side menu of the visit detailed view, at the visit level.
The Quick Sync updates the following fields in a visit:
- Patient balance
- Patient payments
- Patient adjustments
- Insurance balance
- Insurance payments
- Insurance adjustments
However, the following fields will not be updated through the Quick Sync.
- Patient demographics
- Patient visit charge history under CPT’s.
