Consent Opt-Out
Natera’s requisition forms state the following:
“If I do not want my samples used, I may request in writing to the Natera Sample Retention Department at the address below within 60 days after test results have been issued, and my samples will be destroyed.”
To inform Natera about the patient’s choice to “opt-out,” an email must be sent to [email protected]
