Tricore is a reference laboratory and agents may receive calls from clinics asking why they didn’t get a bill.
Please capture the following information from the person who’s calling:
- Name of the clinic
- Name of the person to contact
- Phone number
- Reason why they are calling
Escalate these details to your CSS through a Syncro CRM Supervisor Escalation ticket and also provide the caller with the following script and phone number:
US based clinics: “I would like to suggest you to contact your Clinic Billing Representative at the 1-650-275-6979, ext 801”
International clinics: “I would like to suggest you to contact your Clinic Billing Representative at the 1-650-275-6979, ext 802”
